Why it is late

WHAT HAPPENED DECK 4 was still holding RUN-4463 (whole wheat sandwich, ×144) which ran 12 minutes long on a cold deck after the 02:40 element fault pulled RACK 4 out and the load was redistributed.

CONSEQUENCE The dough has been in final proof 40 minutes against a planned 18. Ciabatta tolerates over-proof better than a batard; expect a flatter crumb and slightly paler crust. D. Achebe logged it at 04:02 and dropped the deck to 246°C from 250°C.

RECOVERYIn at 04:18, no other change. Do not extend the bake to chase colour — that is what breaks the 06:30 van.
